Terms of Service

Draze provides simulated trading competitions, including Duels and Trade Royale. Every account, order, price, fill, P&L calculation, and result is simulated. No customer order is routed to a live market, and no customer capital is invested or traded.

Draze is not a broker, investment adviser, investment company, or employer. Nothing on the platform is investment, legal, or tax advice.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement.
• You must use one account per person unless Draze expressly authorizes otherwise.
• You must provide accurate registration and payment information and must not use collusion, multiple accounts, manipulation, payment fraud, or automation that interferes with a competition.

A paid entry is a fee to enter the specific simulated competition shown at checkout. Before payment, the platform displays the entry fee, duration or session, starting balance, platform fee, payout method, and applicable cancellation treatment.

Duels and Trade Royale are governed by the Official Competition Rules. The competition rules control the disclosed prize formula, tie treatment, cancellation/refund rules, disqualification, and settlement process for that entry.

Results are calculated from server-recorded simulated performance at the published session close. An eligible prize is not an investment return, wage, salary, or guaranteed profit.

Draze will not change the disclosed prize formula for an entry after that entry is paid, except where required to address fraud, rule violations, a processor reversal, a material platform error, or applicable law. Any such action is recorded and may be reviewed through the dispute process in the Official Competition Rules.

Eligible prizes are initiated to the verified PayPal email recorded at checkout after the applicable result is finalized. Required tax information must be completed before a prize can be released. Draze provides a payout status update within one business day of finalization. A payment processor may place a payout on hold, reject it, or require additional verification; Draze will notify the customer and route unresolved cases to support.

Draze may suspend access or disqualify an entry for fraud, payment abuse, manipulation, prohibited conduct, or a material violation of the published competition rules. This does not permit Draze to ignore a valid prize formula for a compliant entry.

The platform is provided as available. Simulated prices, fills, and data may be delayed, unavailable, or differ from live markets. To the extent permitted by law, Draze's total liability for a competition-related claim is limited to the entry fee paid for the affected competition, except where the Official Competition Rules or applicable law provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms for future use. A materially revised competition rule or payout formula applies only after it is published and accepted for a new entry; it does not retroactively change an already-paid entry.
