Draze Trading provides simulated trading evaluation programs only. All accounts, trades, performance metrics, and evaluations operate in simulated market environments.

• No customer trades real securities, futures, or financial instruments.
• No orders are routed to live markets.
• No customer capital is deposited, invested, or placed at risk.
• Participation does not constitute employment, investment management, or brokerage services.

• We are not an investment company.
• We are not a broker.
• We do not promise profits.
• We do not manage customer capital.
• We do not employ traders.

• Be 18 years or older.
• Be legally able to enter binding agreements.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Maintain one account per individual unless explicitly authorized.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or rule violations.

Evaluation fees are service fees for access to simulated evaluations. Fees are not deposits, not investments, and not refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy. Taxes, payment processor fees, and currency conversion fees may apply.

You must follow all published evaluation rules, including:

• Maximum loss limits.
• Daily loss limits.
• Position size and risk parameters.
• Restricted trading conditions (if applicable).

Violations may result in:

• Evaluation failure.
• Payout denial.
• Account termination without refund.

Any payout:

• Is discretionary.
• Is not guaranteed.
• Is not wages, salary, or investment profit.

Tax forms are required before the first payout. U.S. persons must submit Form W-9 and non-U.S. persons must submit the appropriate Form W-8. We may delay or deny payout requests until required tax forms are completed.

Payouts are performance-based rewards for simulated trading activity and rule compliance.

We reserve the right to:

• Review all payout requests.
• Adjust or deny payouts.
• Require additional verification (ID, AML/KYC).
• Modify payout structures at any time.

Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or tax advice. All content is for educational and evaluation purposes only.

The platform is provided "AS IS". We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data delays, or platform outages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, abuse, or suspected fraud. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
