LEGAL - REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to paid Duel and Trade Royale competition entries. The Official Competition Rules state the matching, scoring, and prize terms.

Competition refunds and cancellation

A Duel with no matched opponent after 15 minutes receives an automatic full refund.
A tied Duel refunds both full entries.
A Royale may be cancelled until five minutes before its published start for a 50% refund. After that cutoff, the paid entry is final.
If a paid entry cannot compete because of a verified platform or session failure, the applicable cancellation/refund remedy is recorded in the competition ledger.
